The C.A.R.E. (Christians Actively Reaching Everyone) Ministry of Cherry Point Baptist Church is focused on reaching out to meet the needs of others through our God given spiritual gifts. All of the teams actively support our deployed loved ones through prayer, cards, and care packages. There are four teams that each volunteer one hour per month on Wednesdays at 5:30 pm. Ways to get involved-
- Hands-On- involves working on various projects around the church & at homes of those in need
- Community Outreach- visiting, delivering meals, phoning, & writing to people in the community
- Church Inreach- visiting, delivering meals, phoning & writing to church members
- Upreach- praying for specific requests and sending "praying for you" cards
- Hospitality- preparing meals for other C.A.R.E. team members or providing childcare for other C.A.R.E. team members
We invite you to submit a C.A.R.E. request below on behalf of those in need and/or to join a C.A.R.E. team! If you have a loved one who needs prayer, have a neighbor who needs a helping hand, or maybe you know of someone who could use a written note, please let our C.A.R.E. team know.
